Core Strengthening 101 workshop Saturday Sept 23.
Join us this Saturday for our new Core strengthening workshop. This is for anyone who experiences low back pain, or had a previous low back injury or if you simply want to get your core muscles conditioned for your sport.

Farewell Tuesday!
Tuesday Laporte is taking on a position as a an in-house nutrition specialist at Shopify. We wish her the best of luck. She served as our office coordinator since 2009. She was a powerful and integral part of our lives and we will miss her dearly.
