A poem by one of our longtime patients, Greg Howard:

The body my friend can heal itself, we chiropractors say
As long as the nerves can do their job, but pinching can get in their way
Most messages to the organs or limbs come from our beautiful brain
And travel down through the back we align, so your body works perfect again

For our bodies are not just physical things, we have for our whole life
They’re complex creations of flesh and bone and we can be subject to strife
It’s strife that makes our poor bodies react, it ends up causing us pain
Strife physical, mental or spiritual friend, it’s bodily pain all the same

And that’s the thing that stops the flow of the force that the ancients called Qi
It’s the magical energy that flows in us all, it’s the thing that makes us feel free
The ancients knew too that there's centres of force throughout our human frame
A hundred and eight that are balanced or else your body will likely feel lame

It's a balanced approach we encourage for you, of four things you must be aware
Good sleep, nutrition and exercise friend and of course chiropractic care
A body-mind-spirit approach we all take, to help inner energy align
When that is accomplished the body will heal and you'll end up feeling just fine

When things aren't working as well as they should, that's where we “chiros” come in
We try to align your subluxated spine, so you're feeling just great again
My wish for you is happiness friend and you're feeling good every day
