Thank you to all of our patients who made it out for the hike this past Sunday morning. It was a bit wet to start – but the canopy of the trees really helped and we had such a wonderful time. Our post hike lunch made by our Holistic Nutritionist, Tuesday Laporte was the perfect healthy lunch that we needed following our hike. She made Curry Cauliflower Soup, Zucchini Pasta, Quinoa, Smoothies and Protein Oat Cookies. This week she will be sharing the recipe for the soup that so many of you have requested!
