Healthy Soup Recipe – Great for the Fall!

As we mentioned in our last blog post, our chiropractic patients and our Mississauga Chiro team went for a hike at Forks of the Credit. Following the hike, we enjoyed a healthy lunch prepared by our Nutritionist, Tuesday Laporte. The biggest hit was the soup that she prepared  – so we thought we would share the recipe with you. It’s delicious, very nutritious and easy to make! Mississauga Chiro Hike at Forks of the Credit

Thank you to all of our patients who made it out for the hike this past Sunday morning. It was a bit wet to start – but the canopy of the trees really helped and we had such a wonderful time. Regular physical activity is crucial for optimal health. We are happy that we could do it together while also enjoying the outdoors. Check out our facebook page for more pictures from the Hike. Our post hike lunch made by our Holistic Nutritionist, Tuesday Laporte was the perfect healthy lunch that we needed following our hike. She made Curry Cauliflower Soup, Zucchini Pasta, Quinoa, Smoothies and Protein Oat Cookies. This week she will be sharing the recipe for the soup that so many of you have requested!
