Interested in trying yoga but think you aren’t flexible enough? Consider Chair Yoga.
Join us on Saturday January 27, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the Mississauga Chiro office.
This gentle form of yoga is great for those with limited mobility or who find themselves sitting for extended periods of time.
During this session, you will be guided through gentle stretches, either seated or using the chair for support. A strong focus will be placed on proper breathing techniques. An illustrated hand out will be provided to allow you continue these stretches after the session.
This session is taught by Karen Cater, a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher trained in the Anusara tradition.
